Small Group Booking Form
This form should be used if you are the Lead Booker, booking either two or three pitches and (subject to availability) you wish to be co-located with your friends or family. These can be pitches with or without electric. As the Lead Booker you should submit the details for both/all three pitches.
To make a booking:
Please complete the form below and press the submit button at the bottom of the page. After submitting your booking form, a screen message will confirm submission. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail with either 2 or 3 booking references and a breakdown of costs, usually within 48 hours. Only when you have received your confirmation e-mail are you requested to telephone to pay your deposits. A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required per pitch which rises to £50 for Bank Holidays. This non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days, (or immediately if your stay begins within 7 days). If you have booked a 1 night stay (not available at weekends) payment in full is required within 7 days. Please do not send any payment before you receive confirmation of your booking. Once you have received our confirmation e-mail you can forward the necessary information to your party ensuring they check the terms and conditions for themselves. You may wish to pay both/all three deposits, or the members of your party can call to pay for their own deposit/s, quoting the appropriate booking reference, if preferred.

Only purpose built BBQ equipment can be used anywhere at Sleningford. However, this is with the strict understanding that after the BBQ is complete, any remaining ashes are not to be used to create any other form of open or ground fire. Fire pits, braziers, fire buckets etc are not permitted. All BBQs must be completely extinguished by 9.30pm, with water if necessary, and should not be left unattended or used close to tents.
